We provide free estimates for all projects. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or site conditions discovered during the project.
Final pricing will be detailed in a written contract before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your contract and may include a deposit, progress payments, and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project in your contract. While we strive to complete all projects on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing times, or unforeseen site conditions.
Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in adjusted pricing and timeline. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays or issues that arise during your project.
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in construction for a period specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property during the project. This includes ensuring clear pathways for our crew and equipment, securing pets, and notifying us of any hazards on your property.
We maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations. We are fully licensed and insured. You agree not to enter active work areas without permission from our crew supervisor.
We will obtain all necessary building permits for your project as outlined in your contract. Permit costs are typically included in your project estimate. You are responsible for providing access for inspections and ensuring compliance with any homeowner association requirements.
If inspections reveal violations or issues not related to our work, you may be responsible for additional costs to address those issues.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and claims related to property damage or personal injury should be directed to our insurance carrier as outlined in your contract.
We are committed to resolving any concerns or disputes quickly and fairly. If you have any issues with our services, please contact us immediately so we can work toward a resolution.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in your contract. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
